Come catch the gorgeous sunset over the beautiful San Francisco Bay and enjoy your art and wine experience! This event is FREE but you must RSVP! Wine by the glass will be available for an additional charge.  

About the Artist:

Tim Cisneros, born in 1956,  is one of only a handful of designer-craftsmen to make his livelihood through working full time as a Blacksmith.  Although his rocking chair is beautiful and has a sculptural quality it is remarkably comfortable. Tim’s distinctive style has developed slowly and steadily over decades. New designs evolve from existing ones. As a result, his work has a timeless, classic look, its form following its intended function. His Architectural work graces many private homes,his sculptures enhance private spaces and his jewelry personifies the essence of  hand made quality.  

More recently Tim demonstrated for the California Blacksmith Assoc. with Artist-Blacksmith Brett Moten. The two collaborated to build a Sam Maloof inspired wrought iron rocking chair winning first place at the “People’s Choice Award” Gallery show.

“My work has been shaped by the techniques and processes that I have learned from others over the years. All that I know I have learned from others.  I traveled to the Czech Republic in 2007 and that trip was a cornerstone in my understanding of the craft.  The work that I saw there has been an inspiration ever since. I am now demonstrating and teaching these techniques to others so that this wonderful craft continues to exist.
